What
is Team Focus?
Team Focus is a comprehensive community and outreach program founded by Mike
Gottfried. A young man without a father figure in his life cries out for
affirmation. A father affirms a child, builds character and gives him
self-esteem, worth and confidence. We provide these young men with role models
and positive influences that can impact their lives now and in the future.
Mike's vision and drive for the program is based on his own life experiences.
Camp
Focus
During the summer, Team Focus conducts leadership camps nationwide. Through an
application process, young men are selected to become a Team Focus member and
will be considered for camp. Camp Focus is a leadership camp which features
many activities and fundamentals including:

What is Team Focus?
Team Focus is a faith based non profit organization that mentors young men,
without a father figure in their life, ages 10 through 18

What are the requirements for these young men?
These young men must have no male figure living in their household, show
leadership qualities and must be between the ages of 10 through 18.

How can I get involved?
You can either be a volunteer to work with the young men or can help the
organization with your financial support.

We currently located in Alabama (3), Ohio (2), Tennessee, Texas, Michigan,
California, Nevada and the District of Columbia.

How much does it cost the young men?
There is no cost to the young men.
Team Focus wants to identify fatherless young men who are living in a single parent home, with friends or relatives, or in foster care. We look for young men who have leadership
qualities and work to help develop them as leaders. We help our young men reach their
destiny and become a positive influence in their community.
