T.J. has had the opportunity to work and
serve in many leadership roles. He has had many valuable experiences to draw on and share. He is truly a student of communication, and his personal and educational research in combining communication and leadership has helped him add a theoretical base to the experiences he has had. He is passionate about helping a new generation understand the need for community involvement, and helping them improve as communicators and leaders.
